Why we started Sydney Timber Supply
Sydney Timber Supply started from a simple observation: good timber is harder to buy well than it should be. Working with timber day to day, we kept seeing the same problems - unclear specifications, vague origin claims, and stock lists that did not match what was actually available. So we built a merchant business around established supplier relationships rather than a warehouse of unsold stock.
That hands-on experience still shapes what we stock and how we describe it. If a board does not meet the standard we expect, we do not want it on your job.
