Decking
Every decking board we supply is listed here as its own product, so the price, the profile and the specification sheet always belong to exactly the board you are looking at. The range covers five Australian hardwoods. It also lists Merbau, Jambu Mixed and Peninsula Blonde, none of which are part of our Australian hardwood range. Anything not listed can be quoted.

Looking for 140 x 19 decking?
Two boards in this range are genuinely 140 x 19 mm: 140 x 19 Merbau and 140 x 19 Peninsula Blonde. Neither is part of our Australian hardwood range. The Australian hardwoods here are not supplied at 140 x 19: the widest 19 mm board in those species is 135 x 19 mm, and Blackbutt is 135 x 21 mm. Those are the actual milled dimensions, so compare them on their own figures rather than treating them as the same board.
Looking for 90 x 19 decking?
Merbau and Jambu Mixed are supplied at 90 x 19 mm. The five Australian hardwoods are supplied at 86 x 19 mm, which is a different board, not a rounding of the same one. Those 4 mm change the cover width and therefore the linear metres you order, which is what the 86 x 19 vs 90 x 19 guide works through.
Working out how much to order
Decking is sold by the linear metre. Board width plus the gap between boards gives the cover width, and cover width is what turns a deck area into a board order. Put your measurements into the timber calculator rather than estimating, and if you are choosing between a 19 mm and a 35 mm board, the 135 x 19 vs 135 x 35 guide sets out what changes.
