Our product prices exclude delivery. Delivery is quoted for each order, not at a flat rate, because freight for timber depends on load size, board length and site access. Collection from West Gosford is free and by prior arrangement only: we confirm a collection time with you once your order is ready. Whether you are on the Central Coast or in Sydney, send your postcode and quantities and we will quote.
How a delivery quote works
- Send the details: postcode, products and quantities, and anything about the site.
- Length matters as much as weight: long boards and mixed loads change what vehicle can carry them and how they are unloaded.
- Charges are agreed first: any delivery charge, including any extra for access or unloading, is disclosed and agreed with you before delivery. It is not imposed afterwards.

Preparing your site
- Access: tell us about narrow streets, steep or soft driveways, overhead wires, gates and any time restrictions before delivery is arranged.
- Where it goes: choose a flat, dry spot where the timber can sit off the ground and be covered. Keep Merbau off unsealed or light-coloured paving; see Merbau tannin bleed.
- Unloading: tell us if you need particular unloading arrangements, so they can be included in the quote.

Collecting from West Gosford
Collection is free and by prior arrangement only. We do not offer walk-in collection or fixed collection hours; once your order is ready we confirm a time with you. Bring a vehicle that suits the lengths you have ordered, and ask us first if you are unsure.
Dates
Delivery and collection dates are confirmed for each order. An estimated date is not a promise of a specific date, and delivery arrangements do not remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Pre-order products are confirmed for availability after you order.
