A complete quote request names each product and quantity, says how you want it supplied, and tells us where it is going. With that, we can confirm availability, price and freight in writing without a round of questions. The checklist below suits trades, contractors and anyone ordering packs or a whole project.
1. Products
- Species or product and section, for example 135 x 19 Spotted Gum decking or 90 x 45 H3 treated pine.
- For framing: the treatment and grade your plans call for (for example H3, MGP10).
- Anything we do not list: describe it fully; unlisted sizes are quoted rather than stocked.
2. Quantities
- Decking and linear-metre pine: total linear metres, or your deck area and board choice so we can do the take-off. The timber calculator gives a starting figure for decking.
- Pine sold by the board: the number of boards in each length.
- Preferred lengths: if your job needs specific lengths, say so; they are by quote.
3. Packs and pricing
- Full packs: online prices are for loose lengths. Full-pack and bulk prices are given by quote and apply only once we confirm them in writing.
- Pack-opening fee: three decking products carry a $110 including GST fee below their full-pack quantity. See pack-opening fees explained.
- Repeat work: regular buyers can apply for a trade account.
4. Delivery or collection
- Delivery: your postcode and the delivery address. Delivery is quoted per order, because freight depends on load size, board length and site access.
- Site access and unloading: narrow streets, steep driveways, restricted hours, where the timber should be put down, and whether help is available to unload.
- Collection: collection from West Gosford is free and by prior arrangement only; say if you would rather collect.

5. Timing
Tell us when you need the timber on site. Supply and delivery dates are confirmed for each order; an estimate is not a promise of a specific date. Products marked Pre-order are confirmed for availability after you order.
6. Attachments

What happens next
We reply with availability, pricing and freight for your order. Nothing is processed until you accept the quote.

Do quotes include GST?
Our prices include GST. Delivery is quoted separately for each order.
Can I combine decking, framing and delivery in one quote?
